Lloyd Time on Mondays: La Mezcla meets Steve WaittMonday 23 June Pupils of the Amsterdam Music School plus nine inhabitants of Amstelrade with a physical disability formed a percussion band under the name 'La Mezcla'. They premiered at Bimhuis last summer. Their repertoire consists of latin-american arrangements by Titia Bal, who is also their conductor. In Lloyd Time they will play with New York musician Steve Waitt, who is on a repeat visit from last week's Lloyd Time, bringing in his keyboard and guitar. To fit it all in, LT starts a bit earlier, at 20.30 hrs.
