After the QuakeARCHIVED EVENT Theatrical storytelling Performance in Dutch Actress Francis Wijsmuller plays a short story by the Japanese author Haruki Murakami. The story's setting is Kobe, 1985, just after the city was hit by an earthquake. A woman sits in front of her telly for days, watching the news apathatically. Then she quits her marriage without giving any explanation. The story is told by her husband, Komura. We follow him on a trip to deliver a mysterious package. The story ends in a gruesome Love Hotel. |
