Richard Hutten Studio has been nominated for the Lensvelt Interior Architecture Award, LAi2008. The nomination is for his design of MGH2o in Rotterdam, the Margreet Oltshoorn men's wear shop.The jury speaks highly of its 'no sign of design' interior, which they call 'naked, pure, and raw'. The concrete decor of the shop is in skin-color, a pinkish blush.
Hutten's most recent edition to Lloyd Hotel is its black bar and shop in the ground floor restaurant, and his bed 'The Princess and the Pea', which moves around the hotel.
