Guided tours each half hour
During Open Monumentendag (Heritage Day) over 4000 historical buildings and sites are open to the public free of charge. This year’s theme is ‘Travelling’. We kindly invite you to walk in and hear the stories about the East-Europeans for whom their short stay at Lloyd Hotel between 1921 and 1935 was the last stop before sailing to South-America. Since 2004 the hotel is open again to travellers from around the world. Lloyd Hotel is now an icon of Dutch Design.
You can have a look around by yourself, or join one of the free guided tours. Booking is not required, but please arrive ahead of time to ensure a place on the tour.
