Steinbeisser Experimental Gastronomy at the Lloyd Hotel & Cultural Embassy
Challenged to cook purely plant based, ayurvedic ‘happy chef’ Daniëlle van den Stoom created an exclusive 5 course dinner. Special ingredients such as ice plant, gold of pleasure and self-pressed black mustard oil will be used.

Dinner guests use the custom made cutlery from silversmith Stuart Cairns. Recycled driftwood finished with silver elements take the shape of forks, knives and spoons getting in contact with the magically winter white tableware. For the creation of this set of tableware designers Lies Arts and Bram van Leeuwenstein gave free reign to their imagination, envisioning the growing mushrooms on your plate and gigantic rocks that catch your view.

This again promises to become a unique edition where all the senses will get stimulated.
