Experimental food event at which a plant-based five-course dinner is being served made of local ingredients from organic and mostly biodynamic quality.
There is room for 25 guests per evening.

For the autumn edition Bini Sharman is going to be our guest-chef curating the menu. Designer Nils Hint will provide the robust and experimental eating tools to challenge the eating experience in a thought-provoking style.

Steinbeisser is founded by Jouw Wijnsma and Martin Kullik. In a special collaboration with the Lloyd Hotel & Cultural Embassy in Amsterdam since 2011, they established a platform that aims to examine and stimulate transdisciplinary thinking by taking action in fields such as contemporary jewellery, design, fashion, contemporary dance, experimental gastronomy and more.
