This special edition is characterised by:

The winner of the best vegetarian dish in the Netherlands
Chef  Emile van der Staak (De Nieuwe Winkel, Nijmegen) will serve an exclusive, purely vegan 5-course menu. In 2013 Emile van der Staak won the first prize in the Volkskrant's quest for the best vegetarian dish of the Netherlands. 
For this summer edition, Van der Staak will give special attention to the old grain black wheat and several sea weeds from the Oosterschelde.

Swop a cup for an unique one by designer Michael J. Strand. Steinbeisser hosts the
Misfitcup Liberation project of Michael J. Strand.

Table wear in copper and gold
Tabea Reulecke designed a unique series of table wear in copper with an enamel and gold finish.

The drinks arrangement is composed by sommelier Rutger van de Pol.
