The full menu is available from 7 AM - 1 AM. Breakfast is served between 7 AM and 11 AM. Guests and visitors have the choice of the buffet (€ 17,50 per person per day) or a la carte menu. The breakfast buffet includes all local and organic produce:  fresh juices, coffee, tea, a selection of breads and jams, croissants, muffins, muesli, yoghurt and fresh fruit.
