For these rooms, the work of big names in Dutch design was involved to create spaces that can be enjoyed to their maximum. Often, they subtly hint at play. The wheelable bedside tables of a Richard Hutten bed for instance, in rooms which clearly give you two options: to go to bed or to have a bath. MVRDV came up with a half-hidden bathroom in which you can use the wash basin all the time and pull out the shower when you need it, Joep van Lieshout’s bathroom looks like an impersonation of a room divider, Ineke Hans’ interacted with MOSA tiling. Their work blends cleverly with the given surroundings, to create interiors you won’t tire of.
