Lloyd Time on Mondays with the band 'Ikki Goes Down'. A seemingly weird combination: an Amsterdam powerjazz group IKKI (Internationaal Kook en Kunst Instituut), founded by Japanese Matsumoko Kazushi, consisting of six young musicians from six different countries, who play Kazushi's arrangement of jazz standards, Japanese originals and obscure musical works, and who love food. Put them together with Utrecht band 'Going Down', of three wind instrument players with a punky sound, mix thoroughly and what do you get? IKKI Goes Down produces, according to NRC Handelsblad, 'a horny sound, played with the intensity of a punk band hooked on speed'.
JANUARI 2008 7 January Lloyd Time on Mondays with blues guitarist Gentry Johnson. Bronson played songs from his new solo album 'No War', which was produced in Northern-California in a coproduction with Scott Llamas.

13 December - 14 Januari 2008 Exhibition '100 Chairs' An initiatiev of collector Gerrit Oorthuys. Inspired by the collection of Lloyd Hotel & Culturele Ambassade, he composed an exhibition of chairs by Berlage, Thonet, Johannes Duiker, Gispen, Friso Kramer, Van Ravesteijn, Gerrit Rietveld, Wim Rietveld, Paul Schuitema, Mart Stam, Martin Visser al0ngside anonymous designers.
