The terms and conditions mentioned below apply to all bookings that has been made via the website of Lloyd Hotel & Cultural Embassy. The Lloyd Hotel is a company registered in The Netherlands whose registered office is at Oostelijke Handelskade 34 1019 BN Amsterdam
All prices shown online are per room per night (unless otherwise stated). Rates are including VAT and excluding local city tax and breakfast. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you received a booking confirmation.
We use two different cancellation policies, depending on the reservation you make:
Online payments can be made using a credit card. We accept EuroCard/Mastercard, Visa and Amex. If you do not have a credit card it is possible to pay via bank transfer. Please contact us via email@example.com or +31 20 561 3607. If you prefer to pay by bank the full reservation value has to be prepaid.
Refundable reservations can be paid in the hotel at check-in. You can pay by credit card, cash or ATM card. We need a valid credit card as a guarantee of the room. We will not charge the provided credit card except in case of a no-show or a cancellation in accordance with our cancellation terms. If we do not receive a valid credit card we will require a pre-payment the room by bank transfer otherwise we are obliged to cancel the reservation.
Non-refundable reservations have to be prepaid via credit card or bank transfer.
On check-in you are required to show the credit card that you used to make your reservation.
Every room in Lloyd Hotel & Cultural Embassy is unique. When you make a reservation the star category is your choice, but the exact room you will be allocated on arrival is a surprise. If you prefer to book a specific room please let us know in your reservation. We ask a reservation fee of € 35,- for this request and rooms are subject to availability.
Guests with impaired mobility
The hotel endeavors to offer the same high quality facilities to our less able bodied guests. Where possible, special facilities include spacious and open bathrooms, and lifts in public areas. Please contact us if you have any special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Pets are allowed in the hotel. However it is forbidden to leave the pet alone in the room.
The hotel offers parking facilities to its guest. Parking is available at the ‘Rietlandpark’ garage. The cost for using garage is € 3.00 per hour or € 25.00 for 24 hours.
Please note that the hotel is fully nonsmoking. In case guests do smoke in the hotel, a fine of € 150,- will be charged.
Check-in and check-out time
Hotel rooms are guaranteed from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12.00 am on the day of departure. Late check-outs are possible for an additional charge and are subject to availability
Complaints or comments
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our hotel should be made in the first instance to the hotel's duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can resolve it immediately.
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time. In case the above terms and conditions do not sufficiently foresee in any case, Lloyd Hotel will decide regarding this issue.
