Our menu is based on French cuisine, paired with Dutch and South-European dishes, snacks and delicacies. Traditional recipes are used for unfussy cooking, with as much home-grown produce as possible. Eggs, fish, meats and vegetables are all locally sourced. Our popular pâté is cycled in by the pâté chef. Our preserves and mayonnaise are made on the premises. Seasonal ingredients are featured on the menu year round. All items on the menu are available throughout the day.
